Behavioural Therapist Charlotte Austin, has dedicated her life to understanding what is is to be human. Before founding Niu she was a producer for the BBC, making documentaries about people and what makes us tick. One of which won her and her team a SONY Gold Award.Using her experience as a producer, encouraging people to share their stories and find their voice, she set up coaching consultancy CHAT which helps people find their voice through communication coaching, storytelling and authenticity workshops.
Drawn to supporting people on a deeper level Charlotte trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, then went on to explore ancient forms of therapy and healing. Living with tribes in South America, Shaman in the Black Mountains of Wales, Lightworkers and Reiki healers. Class of 2017 at The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Mt Shasta, California, Charlotte graduated as a Shaman practitioner.
She now works predominantly in London (but travels to clients all over the world) consulting with CEOs on how to bring shamanism into their companies to get the best from their business. Her combination of modern psychology and ancient traditions is delivered by her consultancy Niu for you to achieve holistic wellbeing at work and at home.
