Christian Eldershaw has worked throughout England as an estate agent for over 16 years.
He has worked for large corporates agencies Countrywide and Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, North London specialists Goldschmidt & Howland, and most recently as Head of Sales for The Modern House. This has given him an exceptional wealth of experience in terms of the markets he understands and the people and properties he represents.
Before that he worked in his families fashion retail business – helping people and giving them exceptional customer services always been his aim.
In mid 2017, Christian decided that in order to work in the personal way he wanted to with his clients, then he had to rethink his offering and to work for himself. Evermore clients and chasing targets do not always result in a better or more focused experience for the customer. C M Eldershaw is the product of that decision. It is a property company which dares to be small yet nimble, to give its clients the attention they deserve and expect.
It is holistic concierge service for the job of buying, selling or renting a home or workspace. Christian’s personal appreciation of wellbeing is at the centre of what the company sets out to do – to approach every aspect of a customers move with a consideration of their wellbeing and happiness.
