Effie Dower created The Goddess Brunch’s to provide women with useful, alternative and fun tools to help them empower their lives. The Goddess Brunch believes in magic and the magnetic force of women gathering together. We believe that we need to connect deeply to ourselves first in order to then support one another.
Having left the corporate law world behind, Effie embarked on her journey of self-awareness and hasn’t looked back. Now a trained Enrichment Coach, Effie regularly coaches female clients and holds regular workshops in Islington where she leads visualisations and meditations. Effie’s passion is guiding women with balance and connection: she holds space for women to honour all parts of themselves and to find (and live) their truth.
